I don’t have to explain how comfortable this thing is to eat! This soul food is the surest cure of all blues , so here’s my take on this american classic comfort food , hope you will like it .:)
- Sweet corn
- dried oregano
- Grated cheddar
- Grated Gouda ( cause i love Gouda )
- Grated processed cheese
- Salt and Pepper
An extremely easy thing to make…
first boil the macaroni with a drop of oil so they don’t stick to each other, drain and keep them a side.
Put pan on medium flame and add butter, followed by chopped garlic, and a teaspoon of flour. Stir for a while carefully so that the four doesn’t change its color, add milk to it.
Add all the cheese ( yes a plenty full 😛 🙂 ) .
stir, add macaroni and corn.
add pepper and a bit of salt ( remember Gouda is very salty , so do taste before adding salt )
Stir for a while till it becomes sticky 😛 😛
And you mac and cheese is ready to eat
