Raspberry Relish

Well few days ago a friend of mine gave me alot of raspberries , and the summer had just started. It wasnt possible for me to finish all those so I converted them into relish / jam… 🙂


  • heat up a deep pan
  • add the berries
  • crush them abit to help the juice to come out
  • add same amount of sugar
  • add vinegar
  • boil till it comes thick
  • till the consistency reaches of your desire, cool it, put it in bottles.
  • this will last for a month easily  🙂
